It's hydrating, energizing, and tastes like vacation!

Want a smoothie that tastes like vacation? Blend up this easy smoothie bowl for a tropical start to your day!

This refreshing smoothie is great for breakfast because it’s filled with juicy, energizing fruit! Bananas, pineapple, and mango combine for a naturally sweet combination. We used frozen bananas and fresh pineapple and mango, but you can use any combination of fresh or frozen fruit that you prefer.

Just be aware that if you’re using only fresh fruit, you might want to add a few ice cubes to ensure the smoothie is nice and cold.

For an added stick-to-your-ribs boost of protein, add a tablespoon or two of almond butter to the mix. It tastes great with tropical fruit and adds even more creaminess to the smoothie bowl!

To make your tropical smoothie bowl, simply blend the fruit with a bit of coconut milk in the blender until extra smooth. Pour evenly among two bowls, and garnish with macadamia nuts, flax seeds, and shredded coconut. Grab some spoons and dig in!

Tip: For other topping ideas, try fresh blueberries, raspberries, sliced almonds, or sunflower seeds.
